Checkin / Checkout

Delivery of keys from 2:00 p.m . to 6:00 p.m. The departure time is at 10.30 a.m. We have the possibility to leave the keys in a box with a code.

Minimum stay

We have a minimum stay of 2 nights in low season and 3 nights at the other seasons (not necessarily applicable to other sales channels)

Parking

We have parking in common with the Riomar Hotel. There is no guaranteed place, not supervised, without added cost

Elevator

We have elevator in both floors

Cuisine

Kitchen equipped with vitro, microwave, fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, crockery, Some with oven (1st floor)

Community washing machine

We have a communal coin-operated washing machine.

Bathroom

Bathroom with hairdryer, TOILET paper, shampoo and soap. It also has iron and ironing board

Terrace

All apartments have a terrace or balcony, some with views. You can fine-tune more with the views in the “accommodations” section

Bed linen and towels

INCLUDED in the price on our website. A free change from 10 nights. Extra changes are charged separately. It includes 1 hand towel and a shower, bed linnen.

WIFI

We have WIFI in all the apartments. We will send you the keys one day before per message

Air conditioner

Air conditioning in all apartments, also heat.

Payment

It is paid by card or cash to the arrive. The prepayments are paid with online card or transfer.
